Chelle: Some mothballs around the peas might help keep him away.  They hate the smell.  I have also heard some people recommend the use of mouse traps, placed UPSIDE DOWN, thankyou very much, to frighten away such offenders. My current cat problem is with my neutered indoor male cat spraying our walls inside the house.  So be happy- at least your problem is outdoors. Good luck, Ionizer.
